Our Early Literacy Outreach program is an intense early literacy professional development and mentoring experience for educators and caregivers with a passion to promote literacy development. The Beginning with Books Early Literacy Conference is an annual opportunity to connect with colleagues and learn the latest in research and best practices. We offer Act 48 and Pennsylvania professional development hours. Many of our staff are PQAS (Pennsylvania Quality Assurance System) Certified.
